“DUNA” is a nice semi-detached villa, in ”Pueblo Latino”, a quiet area in La Torre de la Horadada. Its name is due to a greyhound that the owners had, after finding it abandoned, until it died. They keep many good memories of the dog in this house.
At the front of the house there is a garden of almost 60 square meters, with a nice porch to eat, take a snack, or just spend some time reading or chatting. On the porch there is a table to make meals for 6 people comfortably, and also sofa and outdoor armchairs for 8 people.
The entrance of the house leads to a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, and two sofas in front of the TV (one of them with chaise longue) for 5 people. There is also a dining table with seating for 6 people, although most of the year it is very pleasant to make meals on the porch.
The kitchen, at the back of the living room and with a small bar, is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, extractor fan, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
The kitchen has a door to the back patio, 10 square meters. In the patio it is washing machine and the clothesline. From the patio, there is a staircase that connects to a pleasant terrace facing south, perfect for sunbathing or listening to music (softly, so as not to disturb the neighbours …) while enjoying a snack or a novel.
The house has three bedrooms, all with large wardrobe.
The master bedroom has a 190×150 cm bed, and a wide window to the front patio. It has a ceiling fan.
Opposite this are the other two bedrooms: one with a bed of 185×140 cm and the other one with two beds of 180×90 cm. Each of them have a window onto the back patio.
The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet.
In the house there is iron, and ironing board, hair dryer, travel cot and high chair.
It has WIFI. Parking is very easy in front of the house, even in summer.
