Cozy, bright and modern house from 1925 newly restored on one floor overlooking the street. Unbeatable located in the most beautiful and commercial street of the district of Cabañal, Historical Heritage of the city of València.
Reina Terraced House is only 300 meters from Malvarrosa beach and is superbly connected to the center of València, the City of Arts and Sciences and the airport: buses number 19 and 92 stop at only 20 meters and the tram stop “Dr Lluch” is only 50 meters away.
The house is divided into the lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed of wood and viscoelastic size 150X200 and a TV 55 ” with free connection to Netflix, kitchen-dining room equipped with everything you need to cook and eat and toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
The bedroom is spacious and bright with a large built-in wardrobe, 150X200 bed. It is a very pleasant stay that gives way to a terrace with garden furniture where you can relax in the open air of the visits to the city and the moments of the beach.
The bathroom, with a large window that connects to the terrace, consists of a large shower and toilet with automated system. The sink is integrated into the bedroom.
The house has all the necessary equipment to spend a few pleasant days: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, iron and hair dryer.

LOCATION

Located just to the north of València’s Port, Malvarrosa beach offers guests nearly 3 kilometers of clean white sand and crystal blue waters. The surrounding area was historically occupied by fishermen and it is currently home to a number of modern developments, offering guests a wide choice of restaurants and cafes. València itself is a vibrant city full of history and culture, from the classic architecture and lively marketplace in the Cathedral quarter to the narrow streets of El Carmen or the ultra-modern City of the Arts and Sciences.

To arrive to the city center from the apartment: take the bus number 2 or 32 in front of the apartment to Plaza del Ayuntamiento (Townhall Square). It will take you about 15 minutes.

To arrive to the City of the Arts and the Sciences: take the bus number 19 at Calle Doctor Lluch (just at 20 meters): you will arrive to the City of the Arts and the Sciences in around 10 minutes.

The Metro station “Dr Lluch” (lines 4 and 6) is located at less than 50 meters. From the airport you should change the line at “Maritim-Serrería”

Restaurants and Cafeterias: there are many restaurants and cafeterias in the Malvarrosa beach-walk where you can have “tapas” by the sandy beach. There are many other restaurants specialized in paellas at Paseo Neptuno (500 meters from the apartment): La Pepica, La Rosa, El Coso, El Estimat, La Muñeca, etc

We like very much a coffee bar called “Fabrica de Hielo” at Calle Pavia where there are cultural events very frequently.

OWNERS

The owners are Nuria and Pedro and they are from València: they bought this house and have been rehabilitating it little by little with great enthusiasm, transforming a demolished house of 1925 into a very cozy and modern house: a challenge!
