"MAITAN" is an apartment located on the first floor of a building on the seafront, with access to the new promenade that reaches Playa de Muchavista, in a very quiet area.
The apartment has a spacious lounge which is undoubtedly the jewel of the house. With spectacular views of the Mediterranean, it is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large table where up to 8 people can eat. 46'' television. The walls have glass curtains, so that in summer it is open and the lounge becomes a spacious and wonderful terrace.
The entire lounge has automatic blinds, if more privacy is desired. It also has awnings in all the rooms that overlook the pool, in order to also provide more privacy at times of the year when there are more people in the urbanization.
The master bedroom has a 190 x 135cm bed, a large built-in wardrobe, reading lamps on the bed, and a glass wall with fantastic views of the sea and the urbanization pool.
Inside this room there is a full bathroom with shower and screen.
The second bedroom has two 190 x 80 cm beds, a wardrobe and the possibility of turning it into a 160 cm double. It has a window to the outside and an orientation that makes this bedroom very fresh,
Both the bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans to cool the environment in a natural way.
In the small corridor between the two bedrooms rooms is the second bathroom, with WC, sink and shower with screen.
The hall has a sliding door that opens to the kitchen. It has a two-door refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, smoke extractor system, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, sandwich maker, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It is also equipped with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. In the kitchen there is also the washing machine, and a cupboard for cleaning materials.
As other rooms, kitchen is also very bright. It has a window to outside and also a large window connecting with the lounge through an american bar. This is very convenient for breakfast and to prepare and clear the dining table.
For access to the apartment there is an elevator. The apartment has an open air parking space.
The urbanization has a gate that leads directly to the beach, without having to cross the road. The beach here is of small round stones and for that reason even in Summer is like a private beach.
The house has fiber WIFI at 300 MB.
LOCATION
The apartment is in the municipality of El Campello. The area combines good services in the surroundings with quietness.
El Campello is a privileged place on the Costa Blanca. It is an old fishing village that, without losing its roots, has managed to become into a first-rate tourist municipality.
It has 23 kilometers of coastline. In its long shore, there are very large white-sandy beaches with clear waters such as Playa Carrer la Mar. And of course Playa Muchavista which connects with Playa San Juan and form a continuous sandy beach of more than 6 km. There are as well as small bays that appear after the Illeta: from Morro Blanc to the Carritxal.
Very close to El Campello there are also mountains with fantastic places like “la Lloma de Reixes”, “Les Puntes de Gosálvez” or “la Sierra del Xixí”.
With a population of over 24,000 inhabitants and more 100,000 residents in summer, yet it has the calm and charm of traditional fishing villages. Perhaps its demographic progression is due to the presence of another welcomed neighbour: The Sun. El Campello has more than 250 days of sunshine a year and an annual average temperature of 19 °C.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
* Catching the TRAM (narrow-gauge railway connecting Alicante with Denia) you can visit many villages and towns of the “Costa Blanca”, and it has also stops in many beaches. TRAM station is 5 minutes walking from the apartment.
* Coves del Canelobre (Busot, 25 km from Alicante): karst caves that are one of the most important touristic attraction in whole Alicante province
* Guadalest (53 km): little village of the Arab era with a rich cultural heritage and picturesque location
