“LIMONERO VILLA” is a house of 500sqm, spread over two floors. The house is decorated in a practical, functional and cozy way, providing all the comforts. It has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. With a beautiful garden area, and 12×6 m. pool with lights and lawn surround.

On the ground floor:
The entrance, roofed with wooden beams, is direct to the living room which is very spacious and bright, has two sofas and fireplace. It has T.V. Also roofed with wooden beams.

The second bedroom is double, with two single beds of 90×1.90cm.

On the lower floor:
There are 5 bedrooms, one is double (with 2 beds of 90cm) and the other 4 have a double bed (3 of 1’50cm and 1 of 1’60cm).
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
From 2 of these rooms you access the lower terrace. An external staircase goes up to the upper terrace and down some wooden steps down to the garden and pool.
There is a storage room where there is an electric water heater that supplies the entire lower floor with hot water.
In the house there is iron and ironing board. It has WIFI and electric radiators in all rooms.
The garage, where there is another electric boiler that supplies the entire ground floor, is large, with capacity for 2 cars. And outside there is room for another 2 cars.
The plot is completely fenced with manual fence. The access is by a steep ramp but carefully it is accessed perfectly.
