"Ultramar apartment" is located on the beachfront in Javea, in front of the second mountain beach of rocks and 500 meters from El Arenal beach. As you can see in the pictures, it is a completely renovated, modern and very comfortable apartment.

From all the bedrooms except one, from the living room and of course from the terrace you can see the sea. On the terrace there is a table and chairs where you can see the sunrise or have a drink at sunset.

In front of the apartment there is a well-kept garden and a swimming pool.

Ultramar apartment has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (one with a 150x190 double bed and the other with a 135X190 double bed), both with ensuite bathrooms, two other bedrooms with two 90X190 beds and a bathroom in the corridor. All bathrooms have a spacious shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, blender, and everything you need to cook and eat.

Javea is a coastal town in the Valencian Community and is located between the cities of Alicante (90 km) and Valencia (97 km), both of which have an airport. It has a very special enclave, as it is surrounded by sea and mountains. To the north we find Cape San Antonio, from which you can see the entire bay, to the northwest the Montgó (Natural Park) which you can climb to the top that is 753 m above sea level, to the west the valley from the Gorgos river, to the south the mountains of La Granadella and Cabo de la Nao and to the east bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, on clear days you can even see the islands of Ibiza and Formentera. Its coast presents a very varied geography, full of beautiful corners, 25 km of coves, beaches and cliffs, crystal clear waters and a Mediterranean forest environment. The climate of Jávea is mild all year round, the average maximum temperatures range between 18º and 22º. In this privileged place there are many cultural, sports and leisure activities to choose from and enjoy.

The owners are two sisters who live in Madrid and have spent summers in Javea since they were little. They want to share their apartment with other people who value the proximity to the sea, the good atmosphere of Jávea and all the possibilities it offers to rest and enjoy.
