Exterior: El Saler apartment is located in the middle of La Albufera Natural Park at only 30 meters from the beach: this is a long white sandy beach of around 7 kilometers.
This area is a quiet place only busy in peak summer .
Interior: This is an apartment full of light and wonderful 360º views: to the sea, to La Albufera, to the Natural park full of pine trees and all kind of birds.
El Saler apartment has been recently refurbished: kitchen and bathrooms are new and all the windows have been changed for climalit.
The apartment has a spacious sitting room facing the sea, an also spacious kitchen facing La Albufera, master bedroom that looks to the sea and the Natural Park, another bedroom with 2 beds (one below the other to use a bigger bedroom in case there is only one person) and 2 bathrooms.

Located in the Natural Park of La Albufera “El Saler apartment” is surrounded by nature.
La Albufera is a freshwater lake separated from the Mediterranean Sea (El Saler beach) only by a small forest and white sand called Dehesa de El Saler about 1 kilometer wide. This place is one of the few places al over the World where you can see the sunrise and the sunset from the same place in the water. La Albufera was nominated ZEPA (Special Protection for the Birds) in 1986 and LIC (Site of Community Importance) because all kind of birds that migrate from the North of Europe to Africa to spend winter stops at La Albufera to rest.
This wonderful Natural Park belongs to the city of Valencia and it is located only at 10 kilometers from the city center.

- El Saler beach: it is a five kilometers of open beach of fine golden sand. Sheltered from western winds by a dune chain of high ecological value and a wide extension of pinewoods giving its environment a wild and natural aspect. In summer, Garbí wind blowing in the evening makes this beach one of the favorite ones for windsurfing keens. The beginning of El Saler beach is naturist.

Antonio spent his summer’s childhood in this apartment. He loves it. And he loves playing golf. He won several golf championships and he considers himself a “golfer”.
He works in the construction sector so he has improved the apartment since it is his own. He changed all windows to new ones, refurbished the kitchen and bathrooms and is always fixing little things. So you will find this apartment in perfect conditions.
