“Patacona Beach” apartment is located at the beginning of Mare Nostrum Avenue, at Patacona beach, close to Malvarrosa and Las Arenas beaches in Valencia. It is in front of the restaurants “Casa Navarro”, “La Más Bonita”, “Spaguetti & Blues”, etc

It is a perfect location for a couple or a small family. “Patacona beach” apartment has a big bedroom with a 150X190 bed, en suite bathroom, TV and DVD and a little balcony.

The kitchen is open to the sitting room. Close to the sitting room there is a very nice terrace looking at the Sea. It faces East and has constant breeze coming from the Sea.

The apartment has air conditioning (cold and hot), WiFi, TV and DVD, stereo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with induction plaque, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle.

The apartment is in a building with elevator, disabled access, car park.

LOCATION

“Patacona beach” apartment is located at Valencia beach. Best information about tourism in Valencia is at https://www.visitvalencia.com/ where you can even book tickets for the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Biopark, etc

To arrive to the city centre from the apartment: take the bus number 31 just in front of the apartment. It goes to Plaza del Ayuntamiento (Townhall Square) in about half an hour

To arrive to the City of the Arts and the Sciences: take the bus number 19 at Calle Malvarrosa: you will arrive to the City of the Arts and the Sciences in around 15 minutes.

Supermarkets: Consum at 100 meters from the apartment, Mercadona at calle Malvarrosa, also groceries and fruits shops.

Gym: there is a public gym at the back the apartment. It has pool, Jacuzzi, gym, SPA. It is open every day from 8,30 to 22,30h.

Restaurants and Cafeterias: there are plenty of restaurants and cafeterias in front of the apartment (at the Promenade) where you can have a beer looking at the Sea: La Ferradura, Casa Navarro, Spaguetti & Blues, La mar bonita … There are other restaurants specialised in rice at Paseo Neptuno (1,5 kilometres from the apartment, close to the docks of the Port): La Pepica, La Rosa, El Coso, El Estimat, La Muñeca, etc

At the Promenade there are playground for children, places to bike and skate.

Manoli bought this apartment many years ago: when buildings started to be built at Patacona beach. This beach is an extension of Malvarrosa beach. Manoli lived here with her family for many years. Now her son has grown up and he lives in another city. She has decided to rent her apartment at the beach to people from all over the world that love to live in the city but in front of the Sea.
