Comfortable apartment of 3 bedrooms and one bathroom located in Valencia at the Zaidia neighborhood. Little shops all around and 15 minutes walk to Turia Park, Fusta Bridge, Serranos Tower and the Old Town.

The apartment is comfortable and functional. The master bedroom has a 135X190cm bed, the second bedroom has 2 beds 80X200cm (one below the other) and the third bedroom a 90X190cm bed.

“Samia” apartment is in Zaidia neighborhood. Little shops all around and 15 minutes walk to Turia Park, Fusta Bridge, Serranos Tower and the Old Town.

Very close to the apartment the Tram that connects to the Underground stops: with this tram you will reach the beach and also the city center. In Primado Reig St (the Street you see from the balcony) bus number 11 will take you to the city center.

The neighborhood is surrounded by little shops. Walking opposite to Turia Park you will arrive to Arena Mall.

Just at the left of the apartment there is a supermarket called Charter that is open until 23h at night and also on weekends.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

In the city center you will find Valencia's Cathedral, one of the oldest and most beautiful Cathedrals of Spain. Besides it, you will find Plaza de la Virgen surrounded by restaurants and pubs, where you can enjoy a great meal made of Paella or tapas. The Town Hall square, the Old market and La Lonja (UNESCO building) are at a 5 minutes’ walk from here.

The Central Market also deserves a visit: it is one of the best markets in Europe and you can buy all kind of tasty food there.

Turia Park is the old river bend that crosses Valencia and it is now a 10 kilometer garden and bike way: you will find the Music Palace, the Gulliver (slides for children), The City of the Arts and the Sciences. Viveros Garden is close to the old river bend (lively music in summer and many events such as the book fair). Or you can take the tram and arrive to the Americas Cup Port and Malvarrosa beach in around half an hour minutes.
