My husband and I had with our two boys (5 and 2 years old) a lovely stay at the appartment! We especially loved how near it was to the beach, but also that the tram and bus where directly around the corner to get quickly to the city. We also rented bikes very near to the appartment and did a great biking tour on one day. Valencia has great biking roads! Pilar answered very quickly every question, she organised a high chair for our 2 year old son, organised tickets for us for the Oceanogràfico and brought us two completely new knives when I told her that we did not have enough and that they are a bit old and not very sharp. It was also very convenient to have an elevator as we used the buggy every day for our 2 year old. As it was very hot, it was great to have an air conditioning. We enjoyed the view from the dining table on the beautiful sea and loved the very new bathroom (which was unusual modern for Spanish appartments)! Having a washing machine was also very convenient. It was only a bit odd to hang the laundry outside of the window on clothes line as I was always afraid that some of the clothes might fall down. But everything went well. The furniture and dishes in the appartment are is not the newest, but ok. We highly recommend to stay at Pilar‘s appartment!
