We can highly recommend Maria’s place. It is very clean and homely. It has essential equipment if you want to cook. Maria was very helpful with advice, she let us leave our luggage there before check in. The location is ideal - easy walk to the beach and bus stop very close by. Easy walk to mercadona supermarket. Valencia is a fab place to visit as a city to explore.
