"EL PINAR" is a 70 sqm cosy apartment and also the name of an urbanization in Dehesa de Campoamor, surrounded of a verdant scenery, and 500 m from the Playa de la Glea in Mediterranean sea. 

The entrance of the apartment, through a corridor, leads to a large living room where there is a dining table for 4 people, and in a second area a sofa with 2 comfortable seats, two armchairs and a TV. It has an air conditioner (hot and cold), which also serves to heat or cool the entire house. 

The living room has access to the terrace of 7.5 sqm, East-South orientation, which is nice to have breakfast, have a snack, read, etc. There is a relaxing view to the gardens of the urbanization, with palm and pine trees. 

The small corridor at the entrance has also a door to the kitchen. Kitchen has a window that leads to the dining table that helps to put and remove the table through it. The kitchen has ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster,... It has enough kitchenware. 

Beside the kitchen there is a small balcony with the washing machine and a sink. It is also there the cleaning utensils and the heating tank. 

The apartment has two bedrooms: the main one with same orientation as lounge has a 150x200 cm bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. 

There is also a ceiling fan in second bedroom that has two beds 90x190 cm, wardrobe and double glass door balcony. This bedroom is oriented west and has sights to a pine tree forest. 

Between both bedrooms it is the bathroom, with sink, toilet, and bathtub. It has a small round window for ventilation. 

The apartment has WIFI. 

The urbanization has wide garden with trees and plants, and benches, swimming pool (with an area for children), tennis court, playground and private parking. 

At the entrance of the building there are 6 steps, but there are also an access ramp. 

In a walking distance of maximum fifteen minutes, you will find all amenities: supermarkets, pharmacy, Doctor, ice-cream shops and restaurants; and a gorgeous Promenade over the cliffs.

LOCATION

“El Pinar” is in Dehesa de Campoamor, in Orihuela Costa, Alicante province. 

Dehesa de Campoamor is an exclusive and quiet place that has all the amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, ice cream parlor, movie theater, hotel, church) and allow a stay of rest and relaxation, while we are close to the centers of activity: beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, etc. 

The Urbanization was designed with a criterion of broad avenues and public spaces where there are beautiful garden villas that share public spaces in other areas with high buildings. 

It is an elite summer resort and today has become a major tourist destination for its more than 320 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 20 °C, sunny beaches with clear water. 

It has numerous golf courses in the surroundings and a variety of cuisine that you can taste in many restaurants.

OWNERS

Barbara and Wojciech are Polish. They visited Campoamor some years ago for a short family holiday. They enjoyed so much the climate, the area, the food, and –most of all– the people, that they repeated their experience every year until they decide to buy their own apartment.
