ELI SWEET HOME is a cozy small Villa with two bedrooms and large garden, completely renovated in 2019, and decorated in a modern and functional way, located in a quiet area of the Dehesa de Campoamor, 800 meters to the beach.
 
The main facade has a porch with noon orientation, in front of which there is a garden with lawn. Under the porch there is a table with chairs, which is ideal for breakfast and lunch in the sun.
 
The entrance of the house leads to a large living and dining room. In it there is a table with chairs for 4 people, a comfortable armchair and a sofa bed with chaise longue in front of the TV.
 
The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, smoke extractor, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine cellar and ketel.
 
The kitchen has a double glass door that opens onto a wide 25 sqm porch in the back of the house. In it there is a table with chairs and with capacity for 8 people, and a sofa in "L" very nice to be chatting or reading. It also has a TV. Being the opposite orientation to the main facade, it can be used alternatively, looking for the most pleasant temperature. This porch also has two ceiling fans.
 
The main bedroom has a bed of 150 x 190 cm, and large built-in wardrobe. It has two windows to the garden: one overlooks the main facade, and the other to the piece of garden that connects to the back of the house.
 
The second bedroom has two beds of 90 x 200 cm, built-in wardrobe, and window to the back porch.
 
The bathroom is between the two bedrooms, and it has a large shower, sink and toilet.
The house has central air conditioning with heat pump. In addition, both the living room and the two bedrooms have ceiling fans.
It has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cot and highchair for baby. It has WIFI.
In one of the corners of the garden there are two independent rooms: one for the washing machine and a refrigerator for drinks; and another one for bicycles, storage, etc. In the latter there are also beach chairs and children's toys that can be used by guests. Also here is the barbecue area, which has a sink for scrubbing.
Outside the house there is a shower, useful to remove the sand from the beach when returning, and before entering to the house.
The Villas in the area have a social club that has a large lawn, two swimming pools - one for children and one for the elderly - that are maintained and can be used throughout the year and sports facilities: tennis courts, tennis court paddle and sports court. Also in high season there is a small bar, and free WIFI.

ELI SWEET HOME is in Dehesa de Campoamor, in Orihuela Costa, Alicante.
DEHESA DE CAMPOAMOR is an exclusive and quiet place that has all the amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, ice cream parlor, movie theater, hotel, church) and allow a stay of rest and relaxation in the villa, while we are close to the centers of activity: beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, etc.

OWNERS

Eli and Paco have been related to Campoamor all their lives. Paco's father is a builder and built many of the Campoamor villas during the 80s and 90s. Now Paco is maintaining many of those villas and making renovations in the Campoamor area.

Eli and Paco have two children and are still happy in Campoamor.
