“El Dosel House” is an apartment decorated in a very welcoming and functional way, with all the comforts. It is located next to El Dosel beach.

To access the house you have to go upstairs, 17 steps, (see last picture). And then, you can enjoy this wonderful apartment!

It has a large hall.

To the left of the hall, we find the kitchen, spacious and equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker and kettle. It has direct access to a gallery with the washing machine, a washing sink and the thermos, which is electric.

It has 3 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 90x150cm beds. So in total the capacity is for 6 people.

There are two bathrooms. Both are complete, with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. One of them is en-suite to the master bedroom.

From the entrance, to the right is the living-dining room, with two large glass doors that lead to the enormous main terrace. There is a table with chairs (6) with convertible capacity for 8 people, and a comfortable 6-seater sofa, in front of the television. The second terrace, wonderful, solarium type and with greater privacy, also has direct access from the living room and has views to the sea.

On the terraces there is outdoor furniture: sofa, armchairs and table with chairs and loungers.

One of the 3 bedrooms is located in this area (decorated in sand tones-colours).

It has an air conditioning unit with heat pump. There are two splits: in the living room and in the master bedroom.

There are two standing fans for the other two bed-rooms.

In the house there is an iron and ironing board. It has WIFI.

“El Dosel House” is in front of Dosel beach, Cullera. A two minutes walk from the apartment.

Quiet and rustic beach, free of buildings.

It is part of the Albufera Natural Park. It stands out for its great landscape beauty with one of the most representative dune ranges of the Valencian Community. They are protected by wooden fences provided with ropes that are installed between the dunes and the beach to limit access, thus preserving these ecosystems of high ecological value whose importance is vital to maintaining the coastline since they act as natural protection due to the erosion effect of the sea.

Located north of Cullera, it borders to the north with the Mareny de Sant Llorenç beach and to the south with Cape Cullera.

With a low level of occupancy, it is a long beach (1,800 m and 50 m wide) of fine, golden sand, with transparent waters. In its surroundings there are restaurant services serving typical Valencian food, a beach bar in summer and the possibility of doing nautical activities.

The center of Cullera is 14 minutes (7.8 km) away via CV-502.

The municipality of Cullera is located on the banks of the Júcar River and next to the Mediterranean Sea, irrigating the entire municipal area of Cullera, through an irrigation system designed in the Muslim era. The Júcar also irrigates practically the entire Ribera Baja region. Apart from the Júcar river, there is also the l'Estany lake, located in the southern part of the municipal area with its mouth into the sea; This is a common fishing spot.

Cullera is 30 km from Valencia and is therefore an easily accessible destination. To arrive by plane, the closest airport is Manises (Valencia), located 40 minutes by car (56.4 km) via A-38 and AP-7.

In Valencia you can visit the Museum of Arts and Sciences, Oceanographic, Markets, other museums, the Bioparc, etc.

Eduardo is the owner of this beautiful house-chalet. He bought this home some time ago and together with Yolanda, they take care of and maintain it with care.

They currently live in Picanya. They spend their summer holidays in Cullera and have decided to share it with people from all over the world who want to enjoy the excellence of Cullera.
