“Faro Mar” is an apartment decorated in a very cozy and functional way, with all the comforts. It is located next to l'Illa beach.
There is direct access to the dining room-living room. There is a table with chairs (4) with convertible capacity for 6 people and a comfortable sofa bed (1.80cm) in front of the television.
With direct access to the terrace, of about 8 m2 which also has a table with 4 chairs and overlooks the shared pool.
On the right hand side, we find the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker and kettle. It has an electric heater.
It has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed (1.35cm) and the second with a 90cm trundle bed.
There is a bathroom. With shower, sink and toilet.
It has ceiling fans in each bedroom and dining room.
It has WIFI.

“Faro Mar” is in front of l’Illa beach.
A two minute walk distance from the apartment.
Quiet beach, supervised and with calm sea in the mornings, ideal for children. The apartment is very cool in summer without the need to use air conditioning thanks to the air flow between the sea and the mountains that are behind the building.
The municipality of Cullera is located on the banks of the Júcar River and next to the Mediterranean Sea, irrigating the entire municipal area of Cullera, through an irrigation system designed in the Muslim era. The Júcar also irrigates practically the entire Ribera Baja region. Apart from the Júcar river, there is also the l'Estany lake, located in the southern part of the municipal area with its mouth into the sea; This is a common fishing spot.
Cullera is 30 km from Valencia and is therefore an easily accessible destination. To arrive by plane, the closest airport is Manises (Valencia), located 40 minutes by car (56.4 km) via A-38 and AP-7.
In Valencia you can visit the Museum of Arts and Sciences, Oceanographic, Markets, other museums, the Bioparc, etc.

In addition to l’Illa beach, there are other beaches that also stand out for the excellent quality of their waters. They provide the opportunity to enjoy all audiences, being able to choose between the following:
– San Antonio and Racó beaches: the most urban and crowded.
– La Escollera Beach: wide and quiet beach.
– Marenyet or Brosquil Beach: semi-urban and family-friendly, with fine, golden sand.
– Cap Blanc Beach: ideal for practicing water sports such as windsurfing and even free diving on Faro Beach.
– Los Olivos Beach: small, family-friendly beach, with fine, well-kept sand. Located between the beaches of Cap Blanc and Faro.
Among the main places of interest, it is worth to mention:
• Flow of the Júcar River. With activities such as catamaran routes and kayaking.
• Orange Tree Bay.
• Marenyet watchtower (from 1577).
• Castle of Arab origin. At the foot of a mountain with wide perspectives. The visit to the castle includes the Archaeological Museum.
• DRAGUT Cave (Piracy Museum). In the 16th century Cullera was sacked by a Turkish pirate called Dragut. The museum evokes those times.
• L'Estany. A favorite place for fishermen, it is a freshwater lake open to the sea, with numerous restaurants where you can taste local cuisine, especially rice dishes.

Castle and walls of Cullera:
Cullera Castle is the result of numerous remodelings, reconstructions and reforms carried out over more than a thousand years of history. From the Middle Ages to the Carlist Wars, Cullera Castle has been a testimony to numerous and relevant historical events.
Declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, it is one of the most visited monuments after its recovery and enhancement.
Built by the Córdoba state in the 9th century for the strategic control of natural resources, communication routes and borders. Likewise, a set of towers linked the different sections of walls that surrounded the Castle: the Torre de la Reina Mora or Santa Ana, the Torre Miranda, the Torre del Racó de San Antonio, the Torre Desmochada and the Torre Octogonal. Currently it is possible to visit this walled complex starting from the Torre de la Reina Mora or Santa Ana, and following a path that runs along the old walled perimeter.
Inside you can visit the Municipal Museum of History and Archeology, as well as different exhibitions or audiovisual projections on the history of Cullera or the Castle itself. It is part of the Cullera Museum Network.
Next to the Castle fortress is the Sanctuary of the Virgin of the Castle, the Patroness of Cullera, Virgin of the Incarnation, which houses works of religious art of undoubted value.
Added to all this is the offer of activities at the Castle during the summer nights with nightly theater shows, magic shows, classical music concerts, exhibitions, escape rooms, dance shows and traditional Valencian music.

Eduardo is the owner of this beautiful apartment. He bought this home some time ago and together with Yolanda, they take care of and maintain it with care.
