"PARADISE" It is an apartment decorated in a cozy and functional way, with all the comforts. It is located in a quiet urbanization, in the Vergel of Denia. Nearby there are restaurants and bars, cultural attractions and Les Deveses beach, less than 1 kilometer away, a 10-minute walk away.
 
It has a wide entrance and the hall joins the living room.
 
To the left of the hall, we find the kitchen, spacious and modern, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, extractor hood, American coffee maker and toaster. On the left are the two bedrooms, both with large built-in wardrobes and bright windows. One has two 90x190cm beds. And the other a 150x190cm double bed. It has a beautiful view of the common area where the pool and garden are located.
 
Between the bedrooms there are two bathrooms. Both are complete, one with a shower-bathtub, sink, toilet and hairdryer; and the other with shower, toilet and sink.
 
From the entrance you can see the back where the living-dining room is located, with two large glass doors that lead to the terrace. There is a table with chairs for up to 6 people, and a comfortable sofa in front of the TV.
 
The terrace is very spacious, measures 25m2, has outdoor furniture: a table with chairs with capacity for 4 people and a section with a pleasant lawn where you can lie down and relax in the warm sun.
From this point of privacy there is an exit, on the level, to the very large garden area of ​​the urbanization where we find a magnificent swimming pool for adults as well as another for the little ones in the family.
There is a great paddle tennis court and seats where you can rest for a while or chat a bit. It has a small playground.
 
In the apartment there is an iron and ironing board. It has WIFI and private parking.

LOCATION

“PARADISE Apartment” It is in the Vergel of Denia area, in the Marina Alta region. Nearby, 750 meters away, is located Les Deveses beach, with an area of ​​4.87 km. It marks the beginning of the Costa Blanca.
It is the widest sandy beach in Denia. Fine, golden sand and dunes.
It is the furthest from the urban area, it is located at km 10.8 of the Les Marines road, and part of its charm lies in its naturalness.

Nearby are the church of La Asunción, in a baroque style, and the porticoed town hall.
 
• Montgó Natural Park. This park can be visited quietly and with a pleasant walk, it does not require great effort, its views and landscapes are excellent, both the views towards the interior, and the views when you arrive at the sea side. You can also see a variety of types of birds, highly recommended.
 
• The Denia fish market. Today, it is something that is not easy to achieve since, generally, it has been forbidden for tourists but it is a matter of trying.
Fish arrives directly from the sea around 5:00 p.m. and then: the auction begins, it is surprising and fascinating!
