"SUNNY VIEWS", modern and cozy apartment. WIFI
"SUNNY VIEWS" is located on the eighth floor of a building in a very quiet area, well equipped, and only 200 m. from the Promenade and Playa de Muchavista (4 minutes walking).
The entrance of the apartment -with a small corridor- leads to a spacious lounge with an integrated kitchen. The orientation of this sunny room is south, and the entire wall is a large 6-meter window from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea, the city of Alicante and the mountains. The window can be opened more or less, which is very pleasant to adjust the temperature of the house in a natural way, establishing airflows with the patio.
This room is divided into three areas. Firstly the living-room area, where there is a comfortable sofa in front of the TV, an armchair and a bean bag. It is very pleasant to read, or simply to calmly enjoy the views. In the second area is the dining table, where 4 people can eat. It also serves as a work table. Finally, there is the fully equipped kitchen, which has a bar that defines the space, and is very comfortable for having breakfast, to eat something quick, or to be a support of the dining table.
In the lounge there is the door to a small terrace (4,2 sqm) with two chairs and a small table, very pleasant to have an aperitif, read or just to enjoy the sun and the views.
Also from the lounge there is door to the main bedroom, facing south as well. It has a 140 x 190 cm bed, a large wardrobe, reading lamps at both sides of the bed, and a window with the same views as the living room and that overlooks the terrace. It also has a chiffonier that can be used as a work table or as a dressing table.
In this bedroom there is an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and screen, sink and toilet. The bathroom has ventilation to a patio.
The second bedroom has two 90 x 190 cm beds, and a wardrobe for two people. It also has a large window that overlooks the patio.
Next to this room is the second bathroom, which also has a toilet, sink and a large shower with a screen. In this bathroom there is also the washer-dryer.
The apartment has 300 MB fiber optic WIFI that reaches the entire house. And also all bedrooms have Internet wire connection.
"Sunny Views" also has a modern tube air conditioning system, with exits to the lounge and the bedrooms, controlled by a switchboard to enjoy a pleasant temperature both in winter and summer.
Within the private area of the building there is place (not covered) for car parking.
There is also a shared pool.
And the building has a doorman, as well as an intercom with a camera.
LOCATION
The apartment is in the municipality of El Campello, halfway between the center of this town (which is 6 km away) and the center of Alicante (10 km away). The area combines good services in the surroundings with quietness.
El Campello is a privileged place on the Costa Blanca. It is an old fishing village that, without losing its roots, has managed to become into a first-rate tourist municipality.
It has 23 kilometers of coastline. In its long shore, there are very large white-sandy beaches with clear waters such as Playa Carrer la Mar (1850 m lenght and about 30 m width) which is just in front of "Blamar". Also Playa Muchavista which connects with Playa San Juan and form a continuous beach of more than 6 km. There are as well as small bays that appear after the Illeta: from Morro Blanc to the Carritxal.
Very close to El Campello there are also mountains with fantastic places like “la Lloma de Reixes”, “Les Puntes de Gosálvez” or “la Sierra del Xixí”.
With a population of over 24,000 inhabitants and more 100,000 residents in summer, yet it has the calm and charm of traditional fishing villages. Perhaps its demographic progression is due to the presence of another welcomed neighbour: The Sun. El Campello has more than 250 days of sunshine a year and an annual average temperature of 19 °C.
