"Claudia apartment" is a comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with a large terrace in the living room and the main bedroom from which you can see the Sea at your right.

From the entrance, the kitchen is on the left: it is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need to cook and eat: to feel at home. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.

Opposite the kitchen is the second full bathroom with shower.

In the background you can see the living room and the terrace. In the living room there is a separate dining area and sofa-TV area. The sofa is a sofa bed. On the terrace there is another dining table with 6 chairs.

At the right of the living room there is a small corridor that leads to the main bedroom on the left, with a 135X200 bed, built-in wardrobe and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is on the right, with two 80X200 beds, a built-in wardrobe and a safe. And the main bathroom is between the two bedrooms: it is a complete bathroom with a bathtub.

It is important to know that if you leave the apartment at any time, you should anchor the entrance door in some way, because if the doors leading to the terrace are open, a strong draft is established that can slam the door shut and leave you stuck out without keys.

At the entrance to the apartment there is another sunny terrace from which you can see the Sea on the left: it is very pleasant to sit here to read in the morning in winter, with the sun in front and the peace you feel looking at the sea.

The apartment is also equipped with iron, hairdryer and travel cot. And we welcome well-behaved pets.

We have a parking space available and in the building there is a swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th) and a playground for children.

The beach is in front of the building: exactly at 80 meters.

Oropesa del Mar is a town 26 kilometers north of Castellón, 96 kilometers north of Valencia. Very close to the AP7: a motorway that runs along the Mediterranean coast from France to Malaga.

To the north of the town, in the municipality of Oropesa, Marina d'Or Ciudad de Vacaciones is located: an urbanization with hotels, leisure parks, a medical center and a Spa.

A little further north there are several campsites and before that some buildings rise: the apartment is in one of them.

The beach in front of the apartment is Les Amplaries, which has a Blue Flag: it is a long beach, comfortable for walking, sandy, although the terrain is rocky and you can find some stones. Parallel to the beach is the promenade and a long area of well-kept grass.

There are other nearby beaches (de la Concha, del Morro de Gos) and also small coves surrounded by cliffs and vegetation.

Festivities in Oropesa are the night of San Juan (from June 23rd to 24th) and the festivities of San Jaime, in honor of the Patron Saint of the population, that are celebrated around July 25th.

Oropesa's gastronomy brings together products from the sea and those from the orchard: all kinds of rice dishes are typical (paella, black rice, soupy rice, arrosejat and baked rice) as well as fideuá.

María José and José María are Claudia's parents. They bought this apartment thinking of a place of rest, tranquility, comfort... and they decided to name it after her daughter.

Now they want to share all this with people who value the same things as them.
