Great place, walking distance to the beach. The unit has two beach chairs, which were convenient to take with us. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes' walking distance, and the bus stop to go to the center of Valencia stops right in front (almost). The unit is on an upper floor, so you get nice views of the ocean when sitting on the balcony. The sunset out the window was gorgeous. Pilar helped arrange for a driver to pick us up from the train station upon arrival, which was very helpful for us to get to the unit.
