“Veramar beach” apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Italian coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, crockery and cutlery), laundry room, a large living room with access to  wonderful terrace overlooking the beach, the sea and the Valencian orchard. The views are wonderful on clear days.

The apartment has cross ventilation and is cool in summer. And it has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms.

In the main room, with sea views, there is a 140X190 cm bed, in the room that overlooks the interior patio there are two 90X190cm beds.

The bathroom has a bathtub and hydromassage column.

The apartment has WiFi. and also beach chairs and an umbrella.

The residential has a swimming pool (open from June to September both included from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.), paddle tennis, and children's play areas. To use the pool you need a bracelet, the cost of which is 15 euros in case of loss.

It has a concierge service during the day and security service at night.

Patacona Beach is just 200 meters away: it is a long white sandy beach and you can walk from the Marina of Valencia to Portsaplaya: a total of 6 kilometers of beaches.

Patacona beach has a wide gastronomic offer open all year round.

The City of Arts and Sciences is 7 minutes away by car.

And bus 31 stops next to the door of the residential complex and takes you to the city center in about 20-30 minutes.

In front of the building where the apartment is located there is a sports center with an indoor pool for the winter and a surf school nearby.

Patacona Beach belongs to the municipality of Alboraya and is adjacent to Malvarrosa Beach, which belongs to the city of Valencia.
