The Family sand penthouse apartment – Valencia is located in the Albufera Natural Park and has direct access to the beach (50 meters), the community pool and the private garage.
Perellonet beach is a long white sand beach 8 kilometers long, very quiet and with very few waves, which makes it perfect for the little ones in the family. From the beach, you can see, across the sea, the skyline of the city of Valencia, which is only 19 kilometers away.
Family sand penthouse is the penthouse of a small block with 5 doors, very quiet and with direct access to the pool and private parking.
It is a very bright apartment, with views of the sea from its south and north terraces and the Albufera Natural Park from its west terrace, from where you can see kilometers of the pasture and wonderful sunsets.
The Family sand penthouse apartment – Valencia is fully equipped and maintained by its owner Manuel, who has lived there for more than 10 years and keeps it in perfect condition.
The double room with a 150 cm bed has wardrobes, its own bathroom and a terrace with a library.
We found a single room with sea views and a triple room, also with sea views, perfect for the little ones and even for a couple with a child since the lower bed of the bunk bed is 135 cm.
All rooms have wardrobes, fans and it’s luminous.
The terrace, attached to the living-dining room, faces south and is perfect both for resting and for having lunch and dinner enjoying the sea breeze. It has two hammocks that you can set up as you like to relax while looking to the sea or sunbathing at home.
There is a small barbecue with which you can, on the terrace, make some wonderful chops that you can buy at the famous Aranda butcher shop, in the town of El Perelló. (butcher shopfranciscoaranda.com)

LOCATION
Located in El Recatí, and within the La Albufera Natural Park, the Family sand penthouse apartment – Valencia is connected to the beach through protected fossil dunes that are part of the natural park.
Recatí beach is a Valencian beach. Located south of the Albufera gola, it is a quiet beach with fine sand delimited by a residential area known as El Perellonet, behind which lies a huge area of rice crops. It is a blue flag beach, quiet and with very few waves. It has many services, showers, footbaths and security posts and a red cross along it.
3 kilometers north of the Pueblo del Perelló and 19 km from Valencia.

La Albufera is a freshwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea (El Saler beach) by an elongated forest and white sand dunes called Dehesa de El Saler, about 1 kilometer wide. This place is one of the few places in the world where you can see the sunrise and sunset from the same place on the water. La Albufera was nominated SPA (Special Bird Protection Area) in 1986 and SCI (Place of Community Interest) because all types of birds that migrate from Northern Europe to Africa to spend the winter stop in La Albufera to rest.
