After the gate there is a small patio open air with some plants to welcome you. You will see on top of the building the architectural “M” that is the symbol of this comfortable family villa.
When you open the door a corridor with a lot of light at the end welcomes you.
At the left of the entrance is the master bedroom en suite decorated in soft colors to relax. In the bathroom there is a huge bath and 2 sinks.
At the right there is a twin bedroom.
There are 2 other doors in this part of the corridor: a bathroom with 2 sinks and bath and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
You arrive then to the end of the corridor where you will find a patio with natural light: the ceiling is crystal! There are 4 doors in this patio:
A bedroom with 2 single beds, the grandma bedroom with a 1,35m bed, and the fully equipped kitchen with a bar to have breakfast and dinner and 6 chairs
The sitting-room and dining-room with big Chinese vases, 3 sofas, a big low table in marble and crystal and the dining table.
A wooden spiral takes you to the sloping ceiling top floor. You will find there a cozy sitting room with 3 sofas in front of a chimney and a table with 4 chairs. There are 4 doors in this place:
One takes you to a bedroom with a single bed
Other to a bathroom with a bath
The other to a wonderful terrace where you can see and listen to the sea and Malvarrosa and Patacona sandy beaches with their palm-trees.
And the last one to a big terrace with a table to have lunch and dinners and some sunbeds to relax at the sun or have a cup at night.

The owners of this villa have been living in Malvarrosa for many years. They met at the Secondary School here in Malvarrosa and now they are a wonderful couple.
She usually goes by bike to Cabañal market to buy the fish that has been fish in these beaches.
