The villa is a stunning example of a modern beach-front development, combining comfort with a truly modern style. Split over three floors, the focal point of the property is the swimming pool (from May to end September: please ask us if you want to use the pool in other time), complete with the barbecue and decking area that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous weather.

When the sun goes down it becomes a tranquil chill-out area, with soft outdoor lighting, sofas and comfortable chairs – a great place to entertain guests with an after dinner cocktail or two!.

Situated on the ground floor is the impressive living area complete with designer furnishings and a kitchen and dining area that comes complete with everything you may need during your stay. Bedrooms are all of them upstairs, two of them with sea views. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (double and twin) and on top of the house a big open plan bedroom with a courtain the separates the space in 2 smaller bedrooms.

Stunning modern décor, plenty of space and an unbeatable location combine to make this a truly great option for guests wanting to fuse a city break with some sun, sand and sea.

Situated just 30 meters from Malvarrosa beach, this beautiful modern villa is unique: it offers a fantastic beach-front location while is only a few kilometers of the historical center of Valencia city. Located just to the north of Valencia’s Port, Malvarrosa beach offers guests nearly 3 kilometers of clean white sand and crystal blue waters. The surrounding area was historically occupied by fishermen and it is currently home to a number of modern developments, offering guests a wide choice of restaurants and cafes. Valencia itself is a vibrant city full of history and culture, from the classic architecture and lively marketplace in the Cathedral quarter to the narrow streets of El Carmen or the ultra-modern City of the Arts and Sciences.

Malvabeach Family House is located in Valencia city. 

To arrive to the city center from the villa:

• Take the bus number 32 in front of the villa to Plaza del Ayuntamiento (Townhall Square). It will take you half an hour
• Take a bike also in front of the villa. 

Gym: there is a public gym just 30 meters from the villa walking to your left. It is open every day from 9am to 2pm and from 5pm to 10,30pm.

Restaurants and Cafeterias: there are many restaurants and cafeterias in the Malvarrosa beach-walk where you can have “tapas” by the sandy beach. A famous restaurant specialized in paellas and Valencia rice is located just 20 meters from the villa walking to your left (Casa Carmela). There are many other restaurants specialized in paellas at Paseo Neptuno (500 meters from the villa walking to the right): La Pepica, La Rosa, El Coso, El Estimat, La Muñeca, etc

Blasco Ibañez Museum: Blasco Ibañez was an important politician and writer. He lived in a villa 20 meters from the Malvarrosa Family House and this building is currently a museum worth visiting. Blasco Ibañez was good friend of Joaquin Sorolla, a famous Valencia painter: they met many times at Malvarrosa beach: Blasco Ibañez thinking about his books and Sorolla taking sketches for his paintings.

OWNER

Toni and Yolanda had been living all their lives in Malvarrosa beach but not front sea. In January 1992 they were driving when they saw the poster “on sale”. The villa was absolutely destroyed but the place was perfect!They felt in love with this villa and purchased it in only one day.

The restoration of the house was complete: they left only the exterior walls (that they duplicated to avoid noises from neighbors). At that time their first son was 2 years old and their second son was born in this house.

In 2010 they found a bigger villa close to this one and they moved. But they still love the villa where they spent so many wonderful years when their children were babies. Many times they were offered to sell this villa but they do not want. They still love it…
