House in locates in a very quiet neighborhood with quick access to the public transportation or 30min walking to the city center. Very good breakfast options are available nearby. The covered terrace is certainly a plus, as we had enough space for our toddlers to play while we were making a barbecue or just relaxing on a glass of wine
