We enjoyed our stay very much .All minor questions were quickly answered and resolved.We stayed 3 weeks from mid january and being off season meant more local bars / restaurants were closed both locally and in town .However proximinity of trams and buses meant travelling to Alicante and El Compello marina area was cheap and easy.Views from balcony were perfect and miles of walking promenades stretched in both directions .Note to visitors despite daily sunshine the slight winds meant a quick drop in afternoon temperature .The apartment and walks became chilly from about 1630 and the area very very quiet between 1500 and 2000 hrs.All in all a very pleasant ,good value winter stay .Thank you Javier.
