Our family had a wonderful 10day stay NIZA III. The view from the 8th floor balcony is amazing and made logging on to do the occasional bit of work very enjoyable. As with previous reviews, we had a couple of times the wifi went down but rebooting the router fixed the issue. Outside of that the wifi was great and both my wife & myself were able to work while having a very relaxing holiday. The beach is literally a 2min walk away and is huge stretching for miles with volleyball and football pitches dotted all the way along and little beach bars for when you just want to chill. Weather was lovely with day time temps of 30-33 and overnight 24-26. The water was a lovely temp of around 26 degrees. It was great having the choice of the beach or 2 pools in the complex. You don't need a car. There is 3 big supermarkets and Panaderia's within 15-20min walk. There is plenty of choice for restaurants within walking of the apartment. It was easy communicating with Javier. Overall a great holiday.
