All I can say is that the flat is amazing fresh big and brought me and my family happiness. I didn't get the chance to meet pilar I met her assistant instead,  Yeyuca, who is a kind helpful person. She helped us with everything we needed and answered to our many questions. The region is beautiful close to the beach,  to restaurants and gigantic supermarkets. I spent three days there and now I can say that Port Saplaya is one of the most beautiful places I've been to.  Something that is worth to mention is that the flat looks exactly like the picture,  probably even better.
