FANTASTIC LOCATION !!! The property is simple but comfortable. It has a beautiful balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking the beach. There is no air condition but you don't need it as there is always a cool breeze coming from the sea. The beach is across the road (about a 50 second walk), there are fantastic restaurants running along this beech (which is about 3 to 4 miles long). 99% of the tourists are Spanish, they are probably the best tourists you could have on a beach, respectful, quiet and full of life, all with their families, kids, parents and grandparents. Personally I am not a sun worshipper, the heat does not agree with me. However this is the first time I actually sunbathed everyday and that was down to the wonderful beach. It has a continuous cool breeze and the sea water is warm and clean, fantastic experience. The nearest supermarket is a 10 min walk away, Santa Pola is a large town with some shops, however you can catch a bus to Alicante city (35 min) where you have more shops than Dublin, lovely experience. We would highly recommend the property and the location. This is our 7th sun holiday and without doubt the best.
