We were a group of 9 friends coming from 3 different countries, willing to spend Christmas together in Valencia. Maria's house was everything we could have wished for. Lots of space, five bedrooms, a big enough kitchen with all the needed ustensils, a large patio where due to the warm weather we could have a chat and a few drinks until late in the evening. The metro station that offers quick access to the airport and sights is a few minutes away. However, 20 or 30 minutes walking took us to most landmarks or the station. The house lies in a quiet neighbourhood where one could find numerous options for dining and grocery shopping. We did have a few issues with hot water upstairs but Maria was extremely responsive and a handyman was there in less than half an hour. The house looks as in the pictures, although a few small repairs or a fresh paint would help. All in all, it was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend the house for families or groups.
