we stayed here for the Valencia marathon. Everything was fine. Every bedroom has a separate bathroom. The beach is just across the road, plenty of restaurants in the surrounding. The contact with pilar went very smooth. We noticed that the coffee machine was broken and the next day the brought a new one. Furthermore additional blankets were brought the next day since the nights were pretty cold. Everything was well organised. All the things we needed were in the house. I would recommend this for sure. Pro's: a closed garden in front of the house to park the bicycles. Perfect for a large group. Many bathrooms. Some minor points; The pool outside was not warmed. We didn't get the tv working, however we just watched the world championship soccer by wifi
