Property was very comfortable, modern and clean for our 3 night stay and is as represented in the pictures. It had everything we needed for our short break. It was very easy to access public transportation to the historic town and the Museum/Art Center. We were contacted by David to arrange a convenient time to obtain keys to the property, he was very flexible. The communication with property manager/owner was excellent. The beach is a very short walk from the apartment and has a long boardwalk and restaurants to enjoy. There are also other nice restaurants close by in this eclectic neighborhood. As other have said remember this is still in the city (even though it is close to the beach), so expect to hear normal city noises during the day. At night it was very quiet.
