The location is steps away from restaurants, shops, grocery stores (and Vodaphone where I purchased a SIM card. Find an alternative for phone service as Vodaphone is unconcerned with customers or their service concerns). The apartment features an elevator and many buildings in Valencia don't. This was a huge plus when grocery shopping. The apartment was clean, everything was in perfect working condition. The agent who met me was friendly and helpful and if in Valencia again I would definitely consider this apartment for my home away from home. Pilar was caring and responsive.
