Just few steps from the apartment, you will find València’s Cathedral, one of the oldest and most beautiful Cathedrals of Spain. Besides it, you will find Plaza de la Virgen surrounded by restaurants and pubs, where you can enjoy a great meal made of Paella or tapas. The Town Hall square, the Old market and La Lonja (UNESCO building) are at a 5 minutes’ walk from here.
The Central Market is also at 5 minutes walking: it is one of the best markets in Europe and you can buy all kind of tasty food there.
Walking a bit further you will find to the old river bend that crosses València and is a 10 kilometer garden and bike way: you will find the Music Palace, the Gulliver (slides for children), The City of the Arts and the Sciences. Viveros Garden is just crossing the old river bend (lively music in summer and many events such as the book fair). Or you can take the number 32 bus or the Metro and arrive to the Americas Cup Port and Malvarrosa beach in 20 minutes.
