On the 7th floor (has elevator) and keycard access for after hours. I like that Pilar puts the keycard and keys in a wallet that's easy to carry around. The apartment has everything i needed (dishwasher, washer, strong A/C). Well-located, 2 min walk from metro station and bus stop. In a busy neighborhood full of lively restaurants and easy to walk to grocery stores, etc. But because it's 7th floor up, it's pretty quiet (though I always sleep with ear plugs in while traveling). Windows are blackout. I had a comfortable time here.
