Javier is a wonderful host. He is responsive and attentive. The apartment is cozy and the views and location are exceptional. Avenida Niza in Playa de San Juan is a beautiful beach. The beach is big, the water is clean and the weather is wonderful. Our family loves it. I would also like to add that we had issues with the WiFi. Every couple of days it did not connect and we had to restart the router. Javier was very helpful with this issue but it was a little inconvenient. Also the apartment would benefit from having a little less furnishings in the living room. Overall a great place to spend a few days soaking the sun
