10 out of 5! I only have words of praise for "Valencia to the sea" and my hosts:  * Location is lovely, low rise old neighborhood - right behind the most beautiful part of the Valencia beach. Tip: check out La Mas Bonita cafe nearby. They even have Mercadona (a local supermarket chain) just across the street * The place has everything you may need for your stay, and it's the most quiet apartment we ever stayed in Valencia. Spanish neighbors tend to be loud, but this is a tiny building with only one apartment per floor. We almost didn't even hear our neighbors. Photos you see here don't do the apartment justice - it is much nicer in reality (as opposed to some other places we stayed in the past)  * Both Pilar and the owner are super sweet and helpful. We had a couple of small problems (not with the place!) they immediately helped us with. They went really beyond and above of what you might expect from a host.  * Great value for your money I highly recommend this place. Congratulations on the jobs well done Pilar!
