We rented the Sunrise appartement for xmas and new years eve 2015. The name is the only error, it indicates that its east facing and only gets sun in the morning but in fact it gets sun all day and has a perfect position overlooking the beach. Parking at xmas was no problem but we can imagine it being more difficult in high season, traffic noise isn't ideal but its a compromise we were prepared to make. There are two supermarkets within easy walking distance, bars and restaurants are on the seafront. The flat has : Two double bedrooms and a smaller third bedroom, two bath rooms with baths (but no plugs), a kitchen with a full size oven & hob, washing machine, UK & Scandinavian TV, its own internet connection for Wi-Fi and ethernet connections. The lounge is a good size. We bought new pillows as the flat only has feather ones and a plug for the bath. Torrevieja has lots to do even out of season and has a thriving swinging scene. We recommend El Jardin del Eden swinging club at Alicante. Zenia Boulevard shopping centre south of Torrevieja is excellent and has Primark & C&A. The Iceland supermarket isn't just for frozen foods its where all UK expats go for home essentials - it stocks everything imaginable. We'll be back.
