Although located on a busy street the bedrooms are in back and quiet. You only have to walk a block and a half to great restaurants, fun music and wonderful sidewalk bocaterias. Grocery stores are close as well and we had fun cooking with local ingredients one night. The international selection of restaurants nearby surprised us. Such a fun. A perfect area for 2 couples to explore. We walked everywhere from the apartment with ease and took the metro to Malvarosa Beach which was 35 minutes away. The metro was only 5 minutes walk and super easy. We didn't figure out the bus stop so nothing to share there but other reviews say it's easy too. Dulce was great. So responsive and helpful, even when we mixed up our arrival time. She took care of everything and got us a taxi directly to the apartment despite my error on the flight. The apartment was cozy and we enjoyed our relaxation time there with our own little happy hour each day with items from the Mercado Central.
