Communication with the property owner/manager was very good. The property is nice, clean and spacious. We had issues with the wifi and hot water heater but they were resolved immediately. This was our first visit to Valencia. There were no issues with the location, but it wasn’t convenient to anywhere we wanted to visit. Taxis were readily available And everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. The building is under construction, which begins promptly at 8am. They were extremely loud. The walls are super thin, we could hear the lady next door coughing all day and night. The lift did not work but the stairs were manageable even with all of our luggage. All of these were minor inconveniences that we were happy to contend with because we felt safe and comfortable.
