For Many years I have rented Apartments in Spain and particularly in Valencia.. the location of this Apartment in the Centre of the City is perfect. You hav access to all the historic parts and very good public transport to parks and beach. The Apartment itself has an impressive entrance that is beautifully maintained with a modern lift lift which takes you to Apartment itself. On entry there is an beautiful and impressive marble floor, two spacious bedrooms equipped with good cupboards for clothing etc. One bedroom en suit and the other served with a bathroom opposite. Both are well presented . The kitchen and living area is spacious with very comfortable seating and modern kitchen. Two of us stayed in the Apartment for a week and found the kitchen equipment suitable for our needs. Though we didn't need heating on as it was 33 degrees outside we noticed it was equipped for the winter months. The Aircondioning did have a fault which we reported and Owner sent a technician to deal with it. For those who fear being in the centre of a City might be noisy in bedrooms at night I assure you that once you close the windows as night you hear nothing of the outside noise. The beds are very comfortable . So what is negative? May be some more cutlery for those who are staying for long periods. Some apartments do supply Bottle Water, milk and basic food for late arrivals and this just gives an added bonus but there are many restaurants, cafes ert in the streets below. Finally you are able to communicate with the owner by text on 'What's on' and you will get a reply. Love Apartment and Love Valencia.
