Maria Pilar's place is wonderful. It is located right next to the Xativa station, which made our arrival from the airport very convenient (~15 min from the airport with metro). Furthermore, there are several bus stops basically in front of the apartment, making trips to sightseeing spots as the Ciudad des Artes y Ciencias or to the Malvarossa beach very easy. As the apartment is located quite in the center of Valencia many spots can also be reached by foot, e.g. the Mercado Central is in 5 min walking distance, additionally many restaurants are also in walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean when we arrived and offered all we needed. Especially, the small kitchen is nicely equipped with all amenities one needs (fridge, dishwasher, oven, steamer, even a washing machine). Also, the bath is very nice, we especially liked the rain shower. Regarding electricity consumption (60kWh/week, after 0.19 euros/kWh), it has been absolutely no problem for us. If you shut off the air conditioner during the day, when no one’s in the apartment you won’t use these 60 up. All in all, we totally recommend staying at Maria's apartment!
