We went on vacation to Valencia as a couple, mainly for a beach holiday, but wishing to visit the city as well. This property was perfect for us. It's a short walk to the beach and the beach is great - plenty of space and the water nice and warm. To get into the city center you're better off using public transport (otherwise it's about an hour walk), but the bus (line32) has a stop just a few meters away, it's quite frequent and takes you to the city center. Also good for visiting the main architectural jewel of modern Valencia - the City of Arts and Sciences. The property is perfectly laid out, open plan but with a glass wall / sliding door enabling you to separate the kitchen & living space from the bedroom / bathroom space. Excellent walk-in shower. We though the property is tastefully decorated and you can see that an architect was involved in the renovation. The owner was very friendly and helpful and very prompt to reply to any message. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back if going again for a beach holiday in Valencia.
