We are a family of 6 (2 parents 2 adult children, 2 below 18). Adults kids are studying in Paris and Valencia and the rest of us came from the USA, so we choose this house for all of us to meet for vacation. We had a fabulous time. The place is fabulous - larger that the pictures show. The pool is such a wonderful addition after a hot day at the beach or visiting. Very new and clean. The beach is 2 min walking. We never cooked as there are plenty of great restaurants at walking distance. But if you wish to cook you have everything available and the kitchen is large. The second floor has 1 room with 2 beds the other room has 4 beds that we used. There is a third floor with 7 more beds but we never used it There are 2 complete bathrooms. Everything was in great condition, working and clean. Pilar is fantastic - we arranged all from San Diego CA and she never took more than a few minutes to answer any of my questions. We did not meet her but Roman did the check in, he was super nice and helpful. We did not have beach towels, but in the time of 10 min Roman came back with a bunch. He also came and checked the pool mid-week to clean it. I highly recommend Pilar’s place – highly convenient for the beach, restaurants and a short taxi-ride to down-town (more restaurants and shopping).
