The apartment actually exceeded our expectations. We know Xabia quite well and the location of the apartment was better than we anticipated, port, old town, sea front and beach all very walkable. The local area is attractive and relatively quiet. The apartment is a good size and well equipped and the apartment complex is very well managed, clean and attractive.
