The apartment looked exactly as described. The host was communicative, the apartment was fully equipped. The key holder was helpful and what was important perfectly in time, both during check in and check out. The view from the terrace was definetely perfect (even better than in the photos). It was so sunny in the morning that even in the winter we could eat breakfasts there almost every day. In the afternoon on the other hand there was shadow, so I guess it wouldn't be too hot at Summer. For us also important was the parking behind a barrier so that we didn't have to worry about the car. I can truely recommend the place and the host. If I ever go again to Santa Pola, I will try to rent this apartment again.
