Firstly lets be realistic, for the price you should not be expecting to stay in a 5 star hotel but rather a clean, homely and well placed apartment, and that was exactly what we got. I chose this location because of its location in an area of Valencia away from the typical tourist area but also close to all the things you would typically want to see or do. The whole area is "very" Spanish, so if you want to have a genuine Spanish experience this is the place to be. If you want to spend all day at a pool sun bathing you should probably be somewhere else, although a short walk will take you to a truly magnificent beach :o) We loved it, and the agent, Dulce Maria, really did go the extra mile to help us and is genuinely interested in making sure that her guests have the best possible time whilst in Valencia by making herself available for help an advice when my limited Spanish was failing me. It comes highly recommended from me for all these reasons.
