We stayed for a week in this apartment. The location is great as you can walk in 10-15 minutes and either be in the old town or in the centre of Ruzafa. There are also lots of restaurants downstairs. One note is that it is a studio apartment rather than a one bedroom as there is no door between the bedroom and other living areas.
