Wonderful place! This house is as close as you can get to the beach in Valencia, and the views are beautiful. We spent time every day at the beach and walked up and down the beach both ways to restaurants, shops, etc. There are so many great living spaces in this house. A front courtyard, a HUGE living area, large kitchen table, outdoor dining table, poolside, and 2nd floor deck--room for everyone to spread out. This place has 3 levels! Pilar had the pool open for us earlier than usual, which really added to our experience as swimmers and residents of a very cold climate! Our favorite spots in the house were next to the pool, and at the outdoor dining table. We made huge dinners and ate outside with just the low lights on--the atmosphere was so lovely! Pilar was incredibly communicative from the moment we inquired about the house, and Yolanda (who let us into the apartment when we arrived) was lovely and so energetic. We would return here in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
