We travelled with a group of 12 and it was perfect for us. The lounge area is stunning. The best thing though are the owners who couldn't be more helpful and of course the location. It really is right on the beach front - you can run into the sea in less than a minute! It's also near some nice bars and cafes and only a 10-15€ taxi ride into the centre of the old town. The two outside areas (the pool/bbq area at the back and the roof terrace with the sea view at the front) are both great sun traps. The front terrace in particular is perfect for sipping wine, admiring the sea view as the sun sets. The bedrooms are clean and nicely decorated, although the beds are well packed in. The house is split over three floors with the lounge/diner and a shower room on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, one with the roof terrace and a bathroom on the first floor. One bedroom has 4 singles in the other (the nicest room) has a double and single. The top floor has 7 singles separated into two sides with curtains to separate the floor into two rooms of a 3 bed and a 4 bed. It's not ideal for very young kids as the spiral staircase could be tricky but otherwise it would suit both families and groups of friends. Pilar who manages the property was very lovely and Toni the owner was amazingly helpful, organising taxi's for us, giving us advice on where to eat and drink and going so far as to replace a kettle within about an hour of us contacting him. I would definitely recommend this property - I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
