The apartment was in a lovely location, right across the from the beach. It can fit up to 12 people. It has 1 double room with a balcony view on to the beach, 1 room with 3 single beds and loft conversion (which reminded us of a school dormitory) with 5 singles with possibility to add additional pullouts. All the beds are basic pull outs, they aren't in the best condition. If you are particular about bedding take your own pillow case and sheets, as the beds do have duvets and pillows but none have covers. The apartment has a lovely clean pool which is perfect for cooling down in the afternoons. There are 2 bathrooms, both a bit worn, we struggled to accommodate 10 people with these 2 bathrooms - I would say there is 1 proper bath and 2 toilets. Apartment has AC on all floors. 

The outdoor pool is my favorite thing about this place, it has a warm outdoor shower as well, with a bbq and outdoor dinner table. 

There is a supermarket 3 minutes away for essentials and restaurants on the beach. The location is out near the port so old town is at least 15-20 minutes away but cabs are very reasonable at €10-15.

Its a great place and reasonably priced, the owners are a absolutely lovely family who genuinely get pleasure from letting there place out for people to enjoy. I'd recommend this for a outdoor group who spend more time out and about and are not too concerned with the finer trimmings of accommodation. We had a great trip and would return again.
