We loved staying at this villa. The location is perfect. Buses are excellent here, there are a number of different stops very close by and very regular service to the heart of Valencia. The beach is so close (just cross over the road) and is beautifully clean, sandy and safe swimming for children. There are some lovely cafes and bars in very nearby Patacona within walking distance (again 5 minutes) with excellent menus, even for those with particular dietary needs eg gluten free/vegan or lactose intolerant. With 4 adults and 3 children, there was plenty of space in the house. It has all the facilities you would need and more and the swimming pool was fantastic and very popular with us, even for swimming in the evenings. There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and other interesting shops to wander around. The owner, Pilar, was brilliant, very quick to respond to any questions or concerns and very helpful in organising our transfer taxis and things to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Antonio showed us round when we arrived and was friendly and helpful. Valencia itself is easily reachable and we very much enjoyed exploring it and the local area during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and we very much hope to visit again.
